Yes, we offer exterior window cleaning for homes, depending on accessibility. Please note that this service may have certain limitations for safety reasons, particularly for higher floors. We can discuss the specifics during the booking process to ensure your windows are cleaned to your satisfaction.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this window will not incur a fee. If you cancel on the same day, a cancellation fee may apply. Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 8:00 AM. If you require services outside of these hours, we are happy to discuss special arrangements based on availability.

We do our best to send the same cleaner or team for recurring services to maintain consistency and familiarity. However, if your usual cleaner is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts or time off, we will ensure that any replacement is equally trained and informed about your specific cleaning preferences.
